Industrial design
Estudio Colmenares offers the service of registration, processing and protection of Industrial Designs, with the corresponding actions and taking into account the law, the added value of the design to the product and the commercial point of view of the our clients.
To obtain the registration of an Industrial Design, the competent Authority carries out a quick ex officio examination of registrability to assess the particular appearance of the Industrial Design and to see that it is not contrary to law.
If no objections or oppositions arise, the Authority grants the registration. The process lasts approximately 8 months.
